The Maremmano B&B born from the need to live a holiday in Maremma with low costs but maintaining a complete service. Here we complete the idea to open a Bed and Breakfast complete with all the comforts and amenities in an excellent location and with reasonable prices.
The Maremma in fact, it offers all the essential for its guests: towels, sheets, soaps, hair dryer, air-conditioning, and of course the breakfast is absolutely home made.
Every room in the Maremmano B&B is unique: we characterized each room by putting an object used in ancient Maremma by the butteri (Cowboys of the Maremma) and/or by the farmers.
With the room will be including your private bathroom inside the roomsharing only the external spaces with other guests.
Homemade breakfast will be served and cooked by Angela (you can find it also in the book The cooks of Capalbio) that, thanks to his breakfast, start your day with the taste and tradition.

In every room there is an internet TV with Streaming channels Netflix and Disney+ already tuned in and offered during your stay.

Every day we clean all the rooms and the intara structure.
We take a great deal of attention to the situation with covid, and we do our best to garantivri a holiday safe, observing all the protocols that are provided by various agencies.
Towels and bed linen
Every day we check if you need to change the towels and bed linen. Generalemnte towels are changed every 2-3 days and bed linen every 5 days.
You can request extra towels if you want.
Garden
The Maremma B&B is surrounded by a garden where guests can relax and/or play with your 4 legged friend.
Air conditioning
Each bedroom is available the air-conditioning cold-heat that you can turn on and off independently.
Packed lunches
We offer the extra service on request on packed lunches. If you want, you can order sandwiches, cold dishes and drinks to bring with you along with the bag by the fridge.

Restaurant Home-Made cuisine coming from the traditions of the territory.
Checkin & Checkout
Checkin after 14:00 up to 23:00. Is it possible to leave your luggage in the property if you arrive early.
Checkout by 11:00, if you want to extend your stay for a few more hours of beach you can leave us in case your luggage.
Cancellation policy
During the months of Aprile, Maggio, Giugno, Luglio, Agosto, Settembre e festività nazionali our rates are non-refundablethe other months of the year you may opt out of the room and have the 100% refund within 15 days of the checkin.
